Without further explanation, it should be stated that a good cosplay is not complete without anime swords like the Sasuke Wooden Sword. Swords are very important when it comes to battles, since skills can only go a long way if not coupled with the right weapon. Swords can determine the outcome of the battle and many anime heroes are known for their sword-fighting skills and capabilities. Some even fight with three swords – one on the left hand, one on the right and one on the mouth. This style of fighting is called the santoryu and only the most skilled of sword wielders can carry out this stint. Of course, this is not necessary when you do cosplay. You can be the greatest swordfighter in the world and noone will question your skill in swordfighting, or your choice of anime hero. Cosplay, after all, recognizes that people are creative and liberal, and that role playing is a very healthy outlet for adults. Cosplay only requires that you get the outfit right, and you get your swords right. It will also help, of course, if you take your role playing to a higher level by mimicking the gestures and mannerisms of your favorite anime hero. This can be done through research and watching repeatedly videos of your favorite anime, even playing computer games featuring them. Repetition is always key to memorizing things and the same can be said about memorizing anime actions. But first, you need to get your swords right.
